The Hides and Skins Exports submitted by SECEX (Foreign Trade Secretariat), for the month of September 2016, registered the number of US$ 150.8 million, lower 11.0% compared to the same month last year, when exports totaled US$ 169.4 million. Considering August, it was also a drop of 15.5%, when total exports were US$ 178.5 million. Concerning the amount exported in square meters, in September were shipped 14.96 million, 3.1% lower than September last year, when total was 15.44 million.
