Fashion capital of the world, Milan is soon to host Lineapelle, one of the most celebrated exhibitions within the leather, accessories and components segment.
This year, the event takes place between February 23th and 25th. Four Brazilian tanneries will be showcasing their articles in the Italian exhibition, which welcomes designers, stylists and professionals from the most important international fashion brands.
BCM Indústria and Comércio de Couros Ltda (Courovale); Best Brasil Indl de Couros Ltda; JBS Couros and Nova Kaeru Indústria e Comércio de Couro Ltda are the Brazilian companies taking part in the event. In order to do so, they have the support from Brazilian Leather, project dedicated to promoting the sector in the international market and coordinated by CICB (the Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry) in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).
“Italy is a trendsetter in the world of fashion. Lineapelle is a reference in terms of leather innovation. Exhibiting our products in such an event, famous for gathering the most demanding buyers, Brazil shows it’s on the top of the game, producing high standard leather and skins”, says executive president of CICB, José Fernando Bello.
Lineapelle – February 2016 will anticipate inspirations for Summer 2017. In its September edition, the event should foresee trends for the following season.
