Exports of Hides and Skins presented by SECEX (Foreign Trade Secretariat) for the month of March 2015 recorded the amount of US$ 255.658 million, an increase of 1.2% over the same month last year, when exports totaled US$ 252.556 million. In relation to February there was a significant increase of 30.9%, when the total was US$ 195.358.

As for the amount of hides, considering only the cattle hides, in March were shipped 3.244 million pieces, an increase of 29.4% compared to February, when total was 2.506.
